Sessions are available in 4 hour blocks at $250.00 or 8 hour blocks at $400.00.

We accept cash, money orders, business checks, certified checks, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
All sessions and visits to the studio are by appointment only.
Sessions are scheduled Monday - Saturday WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY.

Terms and Conditions as of 2008.

A security deposit is required at the time of the booking.
Payment in full is required no later than the end of each recording session. You may also pay for your session in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation of a session for any other reason than, a car accident on the way to the studio the day of said session, extreme illness and or death, is prohibited and the client will be billed for 100% of the scheduled session.

We do not refund security deposits.

The security deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to be prepared and ready to play and record your music. The time to find out that you or your band members are not ready to do the session is NOT the day of your session. In the past we have had too many situations where the bands are not ready to record. When this happens they expect Cellar Records to either not charge them for the session or to extend credit to them for future session dates. This is no longer an option and credit will not be offered to clients that are unable to finish their sessions because they can not perform the material being recorded. Know your music and be ready to play it! Get honest and realize that if you can not play your songs, you really have no business trying to record them in a professional studio. Sounds harsh, but we are sick of this disturbing trend.

Storage & Insurance:

We will exercise care and handling in the storage of all client properties, including masters and or music equipment left or stored on our premises.
However we cannot assume any liability for loss or damage to any such properties.
We recommend that the client secure appropriate insurance to cover the full value of any such properties.
All masters left past 60 days after the completion of a project will be subject to storage fees and relocation.
All masters and materials shall remain the property of the studio until the account balance has been paid in full.
